Mandatory Offseason Training
1,000 Touches in 20 Minutes- This is the website--
1. You are to do the moves on this website at least 3 times a week for 20 minutes.
3. Once you download it, upload it to Google Sheets.
4. Share the sheet with me at firstname.lastname@example.org. This will allow me to keep track of your progress.
5. Choose 11-13 of the moves to focus on for the 20 minutes and record how many minutes you spend on each move. Then total the minutes spent working all the moves. Refer to my sample column.
6. I will be checking once a week.
