    Home Access Center / Class & Bus Schedules

    All class schedule and transportation information is now available in Home Access Center. Questions about scheduling or Home Access Center should be directed to the Main Office staff at your child's school.

    Neshaminy Kids Club

    Neshaminy's before and after-school care program is provided by our partner organization, Neshaminy Kids Club. Late registration is now available at


    Food Services Update for 2022-2023

    Lunch prices for the 2022-2023 school year can be found here.

    Beginning Monday, October 3, school breakfast will be free for all students. This will continue at least through the end of the 2022-2023 school year.

    Information and application materials for the Free & Reduced Lunch Program can be found here. Families must apply for this program each school year to maintain eligibility.


    Pre-K Counts Registration

    Space is still available for the FREE Pre-K Counts preschool program at Neshaminy for the 2022-2023 school year! Classes will meet at Albert Schweitzer ES, Walter Miller ES and the Lower Southampton Learning Center (the former Lower Southampton ES). For income qualification, registration and other program information, please visit

    Here Comes the Bus App

    The free Here Comes the Bus app is now available for the entire District. You can track your student's bus using up-to-the-minute GPS data using the app, which is available at the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It can also be accessed on the web here.

    Student Accident Insurance

    Neshaminy does not carry medical insurance for students, but we are pleased to offer an optional low-cost group plan for those families that desire extra coverage. Click here for more information about this plan and how to register.

    1:1 Technology Information

    NEW students coming to Neshaminy and Kindergarten students will receive a new Chromebook device. There is no technology fee. Below are links to 1:1 Technology information and forms:

  • Back to School Night

    Back to School Night at Carl Sandburg is on Thursday, September 29, 2022. 

    Doors open at 6:00pm and you should be in your child's first period class by 6:35pm.

    The schedule is as follows:

    • 6:00pm to 6:30pm - Feel free to visit our school store.
    • 6:30pm to 6:35pm - Please report to your child's 1st period class.
    • 6:40pm to 6:45pm – Administrative Video Announcements
    • 6:45pm to 8:26pm - Periods 1 to 7 - Day 3 schedule

    • Sale ended Sunday September 11, 2022.  All sales are FINAL for decorated items. No exchanges or returns can be accepted.  If an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified and your credit card will be refunded.

  • Intramural Information

    • Click here for the intramural permission form
    • Click here for a list of 2022-2023 intramurals - Please email the advisor with any questions.  ALWAYS listen to the announcements in the morning and afternoon for any additional intramural information. 
    • Most intramurals are afterschool until 4:00pm. Check with the advisor to be sure.  Intramurals are sometimes cancelled for various reasons.  Listen to the announcements and have a back-up plan to get home just in case your activity is cancelled.

    • Sandburg has a new club beginning on Tuesday, October 4th for 7th and 8th grade students.  We will meet each Tuesday when school is in session.  SANDBURG SERVICE STARS will be a service-oriented group for our older students.  A blue intermural form is needed to participate.  Please see Mrs. Jackson with any questions.
    • Do you love to read?  Do you like to talk about the last great book you read?  Do you need some uninterrupted time with you and a good book?  Then Book Love Book Club is for you.  Our first meeting will be in C8 on Wednesday, October 5.  Be sure to bring an Intramural Activity Form with you.  For any questions, see Mrs. Sanchez in C8 or speak to your Reading Teacher.

  • Mystery Reader  

    • All mystery reader slots at Schweitzer have been filled for the entire school year! Those who signed up, please remember to pick up a permission form from our main office. Great job, Sandburg!


      The Kindergarten teachers at Albert Schweitzer are looking for students, in any grade, who would like to be a Mystery Reader in one of their classes on Fridays from 3:00-3:30 pm. There will not be transportation available, so you either need to be a walker or arrange for someone to pick you up at 3:30. You will not be able to take the Sandburg 4:15 bus as you will not have supervision between 3:30-4:15.

      • Carl Sandburg picture day was on Tuesday, September 13th, 2022.
      • Picture re-takes will be on Tuesday, October 25th, 2022.

    • Click here to view the Athletic Directors webpage  - Please note - PIAA forms are needed by ALL 7th and 8th grade students that play any of the interscholastic middle school sports BEFORE they try-out.  It is recommended that you get your physical after May 31st every year. This way, it is valid for the entire school year.  PIAA forms are available to print from the Athletic Directors webpage.
