    1/4 Mile

    30 Sit-ups
    35 Squats
    5 sets--3 minute rest between each set.

    •100 Squats
    Do it for time-- Complete all reps before you move on the the next exercise.
    If you don't have a chin bar, do 133 reps of the other 3.

    *10 Burpees

    *20 Knees-to-chin (laying down)
