    Today's Foods is an enjoyable and practical F.C.S. elective that offers students a hands-on approach to learning about different foods, various preparation techniques, and related careers.  The goal of this course is for students to gain the knowledge and skills to be able to plan, shop, and efficiently prepare good tasting and nutritious food while living independently.  Current consumer trends are paired with food comparisons to enable students to make wise food choices throughout their lifetime.
