    Thursday, 8/19/21 - 8-10am @ Tyler Park (meet at Woodchip Hill Parking Lot) - Hill Workout, Downhill Striders

    Friday, 8/20/21 - 8-10am @ Core Creek Park (meet at Duchess Lane Parking Lot. First parking lot from the Strawberry Ridge neighborhood entrance) - Distance Run, Conditioning, Core
