    Physicals must be dated MAY 1, 2025 or later. 

    They are good for the entire year.

    Physicals (and registrations) must be completed before
    an athlete will be allowed to practice or compete. All Physicals & Registrations MUST BE DONE BY MONDAY, AUGUST 4th, 2025!!!
