    1.  Develop a Personal Fitness Plan (use our Fitness Center as your guide)
    2.  Have Short and Long Term Goals (Be Specific) 5 Total
    3.  Include Strength, Cardio and Flexibility. (ex. Leg Press and Treadmill)
    4. As part of your routine include Why you put this program together.
          Do you want to lose weight?
          Improve endurance?
          Improve specific sports skills?
    • You may use Charts and List to put your plan together.
    • It must be typed .
    • Have your full name on it (First and Last)
