The following instructions will allow you to attach a document from your student drive (Z drive) on the Neshaminy network of computers so that you may access the document from outside the Neshaminy network.
Sign into Google by clicking the blue Sign In button
Email (Gmail address) = 6 digit student id@nsdstu.org
Password = school issued password (same as the one students use to log in to Neshaminy computers)
Click Mail (to access your inbox)
Click Compose
To = Your gmail address (you are sending this email to yourself)
Subject = Name of assignment
Click Attach Files (may appear as a paper clip)
Select the file you wish to attach from your Student Drive (Z drive)
Click send
When you update a document using a computer outside of the Neshaminy network, make sure you save it, then attach the updated document by sending another email to yourself using your Gmail account. Once you open the email at school, with the updated attachment, be sure to save the updated document to your student drive (Z: drive).
