DEBATE TEAM

Debate Team meets every Wednesday in room D-106.

We debate several schools in the area and host a round of the League Competition at Neshaminy High School.

Types of debate include:

Lincoln Douglas
Public Forum Debate
Extemporaneous Speaking
Interpretive and Dramatic Readings
Congressional Forum.

The League hosts a year end banquet for all schools and participants and parents at Lahaska, Bucks County, PA. This is held in March at the conclusion of the debate season.

Debate sharpens the mind and many top NHS students have participated in debate team; college admissions committees also look favorably on applicants that have participated in debate team activities.
