Yesterday, Governor Wolf extended school closings for students through April 9 and enacted a "shelter in place" order for Bucks County and surrounding areas. Given our school calendar, this means that the earliest Neshaminy students will return to our school buildings will be Monday, April 13. We will keep you posted if this changes.
Under the governor’s most recent order, we are permitted to continue our essential functions. These include, but are not limited to, the "grab and go" meal distribution, support for our technology connectivity, and instructional work toward the development of our online Learning Opportunities.
This week, you received information related to Phase 2 of our Learning Opportunities for all students. Next week, our teachers will be focusing on the preparation of lessons for Neshaminy’s Phase 3 online instructional program. Phase 3 learning will be activated if the state orders an even longer school closing.
