  • Senior Tax Assistance: Income qualification limit raised

On January 22, the Neshaminy School Board voted to increase the maximum household annual income qualification guideline for the Senior Citizen Tax Assistance Program from $19,999 to $24,999. The goal is to help qualified seniors cope with rising costs, and the money to fund this has already been budgeted so it will not affect District operations or curriculum. Since 1977, the District has distributed over $2.6 million to our senior citizens through tax assistance programs. More information about the program can be found here.
