All devices will be at the school that your child attends
ELEMENTARY - we got you ! your device will be at your school within a day or 2, but you can alway take a loaner until yours arrive. Just ask the Office Staff and they will assign one to you.
Device not working properly - we got that to ! - The Office Staff can assit, if you feel that your device is not working properly, another device will be assigned to you. Please try the TIPS document below to help assist you in determining if it is broken.
Middle and High School - ask your school Librarian for device assistance. Not in school the day your device is not working ? Please call the school PRIOR to arriving to let them know you are in need of assistance.
All repairs are now being directed to the school that you child attends. If your students device is not working, please contact the school and you will be directed to the Libary staff of the school, or the Main Office for Elementary for drop off and a loaner.
