    Important Reminders

    • All incoming 7th Graders are required to have a TDAP AND Menactra Vaccines PRIOR to entering 7th grade. Please get both immunizations this summer if your student has not already received them. 
    • All 7th grade students are required to have a completed dental examination form on file in the school health office.
    • All 6th grade students are required to have a completed physical examination form on file in the school health office.
    • All medications, prescribed and over-the-counter, require a doctor's order at the beginning of each school year. If your child needs to take any medication while at school, please have your doctor complete the medication order form and return it, along with the medication in its original container, at the beginning of the next school year.
