Mr. Tosti

I have had a long journey home.

I was a graduate of the Neshaminy School District in 2003.  After taking part in every musical and stage experience I could I developed an absolute love of music.  I decided at an early age that I wanted to become a music teacher and give back to the district that made me who I am.

I studied music education with a concentration in voice at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  I graduated with honors in the fall of 2007.  I lived in Western PA for a couple of years but missed WaWa too much to stay out there...and my family.  I moved home and immediately started taking Long Term Positions in districts with teachers who were out for different reasons.  Recently I worked at the William Penn School District in my first contracted position.  There I was an elementary general music teacher, an elementary band director/choral director and a high school choral director.

My wife, a teacher in Central Bucks, recently gave birth to our first child, McKenna Rose, and I knew I had to work closer to home to be more of a father to her.

I was so excited to see an opening in the Neshaminy School District.  I worked hard to impress the interview team and was ecstatic to find out that I was being offered this position at Maple Point.  My dream to work for the district that helped me grow into the person I am was finally realized and I couldn't be happier.

I look forward to teaching your students and helping them realize a love of Music.
