TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION

     Technology Education (TE or Tech Ed) at Poquessing Middle consists of four areas: Communication, Drafting/Architecture/Interior Design, Production Technology (Manufacturing/ Construction) and Power Technology. All students in grades six through eight rotate through the different areas to learn about technology and how it affects their world. These students have TE for one 9 week marking period each year with a different area each year. 

     TE stresses problem solving skills and creative thinking. It is a program that mixes classroom instruction with many hands-on activities.
