Poquessing

Please bring the following items with you when you come to register at District Office:

v     Last report card

v     Transfer paper from the school now attending

v     Immunization ( present school will provide or  bring  information from your physician)

v     Proof of residency (two bills, copy of lease or settlement papers, etc.)
