In our classroom, we are using a clip chart system. Each student has a clothespin with their name on it. They start everyday on green and can move their clips up for showing expected behaviors or down if they are not showing expected behaviors. The scale is fluid, so if a student clips down but turns their day around, they can move their clip back up. The colors are as follows:

Pink- Outstanding

Purple- Great Job

Blue- Good job

Green- Read to Learn

Yellow- Think About It

Orange- Teacher's Choice

Red- Parent Contact 

When students have spent 15 days on green, they can pick a reward. This does not have to be 15 consistent days.
