    Fourth Grade Teacher

November of 2015 marks my twenty-ninth year with the Neshaminy School District. I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a special community.
My journey began with my graduation from Penn State University with a dual degree in elementary education and special education. Soon after, I received my Master's degree in special education from Arcadia University. Since that time, I have gone on to accumulate fifty-eight credits in post graduate coursework. Many of the graduate classes have centered around working with students with attention challenges.
After wonderful experiences teaching special education at Carl Sandburg, Schweitzer, and Lower South, I came to Hoover in 1992. Teaching fourth grade has been the perfect match for me, and I would like to think that I am the perfect match for all of my students. I am so proud to say that I am a teacher.
Finally, it is important to know that the lights of my life are my husband, Joel, my daughter, Meredith and her new husband, Michael, my son, Brian, and my two Havanese dogs named Cody, and Riley.
