Free and Reduced Meals Program
Your child may be eligible for the and Reduced Meals Program. The program provides breakfast and lunch for a reduced price or for free, based on your income as well as the number of people residing in your household. The program is completely confidential. Students receiving free or reduced meals will swipe their student ID card when checking out in the cafeteria, just like those students who are paying full price. A la carte snacks at lunch are not included in the free and reduced lunch program.
Income eligibility guidelines are used to determine if a child is eligible for free or reduced breakfast and lunch at school. You will find the guidelines chart as well as more information on how to apply for the program on the NSD Food Services website.
