Albert Schweitzer Elementary School has dedicated a great deal of time and utilized many resources to develop an approach which is referred to as a comprehensive
School-wide
Postitive
Behavioral
Supports
System
(SWPBS).
The essence of the program centers on building a child-centered learning community in which positive relationships ar the basis for success. We have developed an Albert Schweitzer Elementary School
Code of Conduct which outlines school rules across all areas of the building.
Also, we have developed the "Principal's 200 Club" recognition to help explicity recognize students for investing in our five thems and adhering to our Code of Conduct. You will be receiving a phone call from our school if your child has been recognized for demonstrating C.A.R.E.S. behavior.
We are very excited about our focus on SWPBS and look forward to working together to build an even more positive learning community!
