"To-do" list...
    1. Eat a good breakfast and healthy snacks in moderation!
    2. Eliminate ALL soda and fast food!
    3. Exercise 3-4 times a week!
    4. Get plenty of rest!
    5. Set attainable goals and work towards them...you can do it!
    6. Get OUTSIDE and away from those video games!
    7. LEARN from your mistakes!
    8. LAUGH 5 times a day!!!
