     Incoporating Fitness into
    Physical Education
     
         Throughout the year, the students learned about the different aspects of fitness.  We used the podometers and activity monitors during different workouts and recorded the exercise time, calories burned or distance we traveled.  The following are the areas we concentrated on.
     
    Muscle Strength
    Muscle Endurance                  
    Cardiorespiratory
    Body Composition
    Flexibility
