Mrs. Michelle McFadden
Hello! My name is Michelle McFadden and I am excited to begin my 8th year teaching! This is my 4th year teaching Autistic Support and my third year teaching in Neshaminy.
For my undergraduate career I attended Bloomsburg University, graduating in 2015 with a dual certificate in Elementary and Special Education. I completed my Masters while teaching through Holy Family University in Advanced Practices in Special Education with an Autism Endorsement. I have been teaching Special Education for the past 7 years. I have taught in Learning Support, Emotional Support, Autistic Support and Life Skills Support settings.
Aside from teaching, during my free time I have many hobbies! I play on and run a Women's Amateur Soccer team in the area. I also sit on and hold two roles the executive board of the league my women's team participates. I german dance, which is something that I have been doing since I have been able to walk. My whole family is involved in our German club in many ways. I hold a leadership role for our dance group and sit on the Board of Governors for our club. Aside from German dancing and playing soccer, I love to travel, ski and spend time with my husband! We are very lucky and both live and work within the district.
I look forward to working with you and your families this year!
