Mrs. Kane

Hi! My name is Nicole Kane and I am so excited to be your child's Kindergarten teacher! I have been teaching for 10 years and this will be my 8th in the Neshaminy School District- all of which have been in Kindergarten! Can you tell that I think it is the best grade?

I am a 2011 Neshaminy graduate and earned my Bachelor's of Science in Early Childhood and Special Education from Temple University in 2015.  I then graduated with my Masters in Education and Reading Specialist Certification from Holy Family University with credits in Educational Leadership.  I also hold social-emotional and trauma-informed teaching credits from Penn Literacy Network through the University of Pennsylvania.

Fun facts about me:

Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching the Eagles, Phillies & Sixers, playing softball, exercising, and visiting my sister in Virginia Beach.  She teaches 1st grade!

My mission is to foster a positive and nurturing learning community filled with enriching experiences, choice, and growth.  Above all, I want your child to LOVE school!  I am looking forward to a joyful and exciting year with your children and cannot wait to show them why Kindergarten is the best!
