Mrs. Todd's art career started while she was in high school with the help of a highly influential art teacher. She decided to continue her studies at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Mrs. Todd  majored in sculpture so she could become well versed in using a variety of artistic media.  She also studied abroad in Florence, Italy and explored marble carving and fresco painting.  Mrs. Todd took some time off from school after graduating from The University of the Arts.  It was then that she realized that she missed being in an educational environment, so she decided to peruse a degree in Teacher Education from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.  After working for Egg Harbor Township School District in New Jersey, Mrs. Todd moved back to Philadelphia. She  started teaching at Neshaminy School District in 2013 and earned her Master's degree at Temple University in 2017.  She loves being a member of the faculty at Albert Schweitzer Elementary and Carl Sandburg Middle School and  has been enjoying helping students make art this year.  When she's not teaching, she likes to work on her own artwork, workout at the gym, and spend time with her family and friends.
