My name is Rosemarie Clarke.  I am a proud graduate of the Neshaminy School District.  I earned my bachelors degree from Holy Family University, and hold a graduate certificate in Special Education along with my Library Media Specialist certificate. I live in Bucks County with my husband and my children.  I began substitute teaching at Herbert Hoover Elementary School and am excited to be returning as the Librarian.  My goal is to help students discover the joy of reading and help them to become productive citizens and lifelong learners.
