Hello! My name is Ms. Katie Mortimer and this is my third year at Tawanka in first grade! I graduated from La Salle University with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary/Special Education and American Studies.  .  

I live in Philadelphia and I enjoy reading, shopping, and traveling. I have a dog named Dixie.  Outside of school I like to spend time going to the beach, concerts, and crafting.   

I cannot wait to have a great year with my 1st graders!
