    Students will be participating in Fitness during the month of January.  They will be involved in activities that enhance cardiorespiratory endurance (cardio), muscle endurance, muscle strength,  and flexibility.  They will also be learning about the importance of proper nutrition. 
     
    We will also be starting our first of four health lessons at the end of the month.  Instead of a regular physical education class, they will be learning the important lessons the Too Good For Drugs unit has to offer.
