Spelling
Weekly spelling lists are copied into the agenda book. In addition, the lists should be in their home folders. We typically take our spelling tests online through the spellingcity website on our computer days. Each child has a yellow spelling tracking sheet so that you can monitor their progress. If they miss more than 2 words in a list, they need to retest. All lists can be practiced at home by going to the spellingcity website. The students have directions in their home folder and password sheet for logging on and finding a list. Additional resources (such as sort cards) may be sent home to reinforce the skills.
