Welcome to my web page!  Here is a little bit of background on me:  I earned my Bachelor's Degree from The University of Delaware and my Master's Degree from Temple University.  For the first twelve years of my career, I was a special education teacher.  I started at the elementary level, then moved to Neshaminy Middle School, where I remained for the majority of my special education time with the District.  With the closing of Neshaminy Middle School, I decided to make a change and move to the elementary level.  I had the honor of teaching 3rd grade at Oliver Heckman Elementary School for 7 years.  I absolutely loved it.  I taught one year of  fourth grade and loved that as well.  With the closing of Oliver Heckman, I moved to Pearl Buck as a 2nd grade teacher for a year.  Two years ago I moved to 4th grade, where I remain today.  I truly love teaching and cannot imagine doing anything else with my life.  I have been a Buck parent for many years, so I am thrilled to be a part of this amazing staff.  My philsophy of education is simple:  I believe everyone can learn, it is just a matter of finding the key to teaching each student.
My husband and I have two children.  Our son is in seventh grade at Maple Point and our daughter is a sophomore at Neshaminy High School.
