Hello! My name is Ms. Randle. I am a new 4th grade teacher at Walter Miller Elementary. I am so excited to join the Neshaminy team this year!

I graduated from Temple University with a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and a masters degree in Special Education. Since graduating, I have worked as a 2nd grade teacher in Philadelphia for three years. In my free time, I enjoy going to the beach, exercising, and spending time with my fiance, family, and friends.  

My philosophy of teaching is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. All students are individuals, and everyone learns in their own unique way. I use multiple methods of teaching to reach my students, so that no one is left behind. I believe that a classroom should be a safe, caring community where children are free to speak their minds and not fear being wrong. I can't wait for the adventures we will have together in our 4th grade classroom this year!
