Our lost and found table is growing!  Each of you need to stop by and check out what is there.  There are reading books, lunch boxes, gym bags, sneakers, hoodies, tee shirts, sweat pants and many other things.  Stop by today, because all of these treasures will disappear over the holiday break.

8th grade Information:
 
The 8th grade class trip to Washington DC is scheduled for Monday, June 1st, 2015.  As of 3/24/15, we have 18 chaperones that have turned in there completed clearances.  We had 46 parents volunteer and were able to take 32. We selected parents in the order we received requests and sent letters home to those selected. We initially stated that the deadline for clearances was 4/1, but due to our concerns we would like to hear back from all chaperones by Friday, 3/27/15. If you are unable to have your clearances at that time, we will move chronologically down the list of remaining parent volunteers. If you know that you are no longer able to chaperone, please let us know ASAP.   Please email your students homeroom teacher with any questions.
 
8th grade Move-Up Day has been set for June 9 at 8:30 AM in the auditorium. It will run approximately 2 hours. All families are invited!

Six Flags Information:

Six Flags payments and permission slips are now due.  If you have any questions or need a new permission slip, please see Mrs. Jackson.  Chaperones are still needed. Click here for the Great Adventure Permission Form  The cost of the 6 flags great adventure trip is $60.00 if the student did not do any fundraising.  If the student did do some fundraising, you need to contact Donna Jackson for the amount that is due -  djackson@neshaminy.k12.pa.us 
 
As of 3/24/15, we have 14 parents that have turned in their clearances and are able to chaperone our 6 Flags trip.  In order for our trip to be successful we need about 60 chaperones.  Click here for volunteer clearance information.

    Attention Students going on the Dorney park Music Trip: If you have a parent interested in being a chaperone for the music trip, please come down to the music wing and pick up a chaperone packet, or you can print one by clicking this link - *** Click here to print the entire volunteer packet*** 

    “Attention Orchestra Members: There will be a Cello/Bass Sectional this Friday, 3/27, from 4:30-6:00. All Cellos and Basses are expected to attend.”

     

    Jazz Band will be meet on Wednesday, 3/25,  AFTER SCHOOL  from 3 to 5pm.


    Attention All Band Members: We will have concert band rehearsal on Thursday, 3/26, evening from 6:30-8:15pm. All members must attend. It’s “Nerd” Night!

                                                                                   

    The Voting for the Dorney Park Music Trip Shirt Design Contest will take place towards the end of the school day on Thursday, 3/26. Everyone going on the trip can come down and vote for a design during 7th period and after school on Thursday, 3/26. Designs are posted outside of Mr. Weiner’s room.
