The 2015-2016 School year begins on September 2nd for Kindergarten students ONLY.
ALL K-4 students will have school on September 3rd.
The official school day begins at 9:10 AM and ends at 3:30 PM.
Dismissal begins at 3:35 PM
These times are new for our school, and reflect District-wide changes made for consistency among the start times for all elementary schools in Neshaminy.
Kindergarten students will have lunch beginning at 11:55.
1st and 2nd Grade will have lunch
beginning at 12:35
3rd and 4th garde will have lunch
beginning at 1:10.
Recess will occur 30 minutes before the lunch period for each grade. The school will provide hand sanitizer for students as they enter the
cafeteria. However, please consider providing your child with a wet wipe for their
Kindergarten and New Student Orientation will occur on Monday, August 31, 2015 from 5 PM-6 PM. An Open House for all new and returning families will occur 6PM-7 PM .

Meet the new principal
Brian Kern, a long-time administrator at Neshaminy School District, has been appointed the new principal of Pearl S. Buck Elementary School effective July 21, 2015. Mr. Kern is replacing Mrs. Stephanie Miguelez, who has decided to return to classroom teaching in the district.

Parents, guardians and emergency contacts may be asked to display photo identification upon entering the building and before visiting a classroom or before we dismiss a child to an individual. Please share this information with relatives and friends to avoid delays and misunderstandings.
