Yoga Club promotes physical and mental health through the practice of yoga. Students and staff are invited to practice the poses of yoga (asana) to gain an understanding of the body, improve the mind-body connection, manage stress, and increase strength and flexibility.

Mrs. Montone has been teaching at Neshaminy since 2010. She has been teaching yoga since the spring of 2014. She earned her RYT 200 in 2014 and she earned her RYT 300 in 2016.
