Thank you for your interest in Neshaminy School District! Below is the information about required paperwork and also some helpful information related to specific positions.   

  • All of our jobs are posted on the application management website and candidates must apply in that system.  Please do not send cold resumes to the HR team.  
  • Interviews may be scheduled through the application management system - please keep an eye out for emails.
  • Collective Bargaining Agreements for Certified (NFT) and Support (NESPA) are available on this website under Human Resources -> "Employee Contracts". 
  • Clearances Paperwork required for All Potential Employees:

ALL employees are required to complete the following mandatory paperwork prior to applying for employment in Neshaminy School District. These documents are required for employment in any Pennsylvania public school.

  1. Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
    Go to www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis/Public/home. You will need to register and you will apply for the Child Welfare Portal. Complete all information and process online. Notification can take up to 14 days.
  2. Federal (FBI) Criminal History Record Information. All applicants must have a current FBI fingerprint check. Nearby locations include Bensalem and Fairless Hills.
  3. PA State Police Request for Criminal Records Check (Act 34)
    Complete an online application. Requires a credit card. You will be able to print the clearance immediately.

**Clearances must be dated within 5 years.  HR Staff may request that you update your clearance at time of hire if your clearance is close to 5 years old, or for any other reason.
