The 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program at the Neshaminy High School provides students with additional academic support and enrichment opportunities outside of the regular school day. This federally funded program, authorized under Title IV, Part B of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), is designed to help students succeed in core subjects by offering tutoring and evidence-based academic activities aligned with Pennsylvania standards. In addition to academics, the program offers enrichment experiences such as college and career readiness, youth development, and opportunities for family engagement. All services are provided in accordance with the approved grant requirements and applicable federal and state regulations.

During the first year of implementation, the program had a formal program review process to ensure it is being implemented with fidelity to the approved application and is effectively meeting student needs. This review includes monitoring of program activities, student participation, and progress toward established performance measures, as required under federal and state guidelines.
