Neshaminy Reading Specialist
Neshaminy School District Reading Specialists support classroom teachers in reading instruction in class and in small group situations. Working together with Mrs. Fox (Principal), Mrs. Maurer (Librarian), teachers and parents, I strive to foster a love of reading within our children in order for them to become lifelong readers.
I became a Certified Reading Specialist with a Master's Degree in Reading from West Chester University in 1986. I've served the district as a Title 1 Reading Specialist from 1992 until 2004, when I acquired the role of Building Reading Specialist at Lower Southampton Elementary School. It is truly a pleasure to contribute to this caring community.
