Hello, 

As the Building Tech Support person I am responsible for "everything technology" here at Hoover. 

This ranges from keeping the "equipment" running smoothly in all areas, Classrooms, Lab, Library, and Offices, to assisting the staff and students with using the hardware and software. 

"Hardware" here at Hoover includes:  Computers, Lap Tops, Net Books, Printers, Scanners, Cameras, Projectors, Smart Boards, Alpha Smart sets, Palm Pilots, and even the Phones.

"Educational Software" can include anything from locally installed pieces that correlate with the Harcourt Reading Series, or general math or language skills to Web Based Applications such as Dreambox and First in Math.

At Hoover technology is naturally integrated into our daily curriculum.
