ð Establish Residency in the Neshaminy School District
ð Check the applicability of the Special Residency Situations detailed on the next page
ð Gather the required information listed below
ð Complete the required documents either by Registering Online or printing out a Paper Registration. See Below for more information
ð Student’s birth certificate, baptismal certificate or passport
ð Student’s Social Security card
ð Student’s unofficial transcript or final report card
ð Student’s IEP, ER and Nora if student is Special Ed.
ð Two (2) proofs of residency in the name of the parent/guardian in the following forms:
o Dated and signed deeds, settlement papers or rental contracts, current tax statements or bill
ð If applicable, Court-Issued Emancipation Document
A Student living with his/her parent at the home of a relative or friend
A student, who along with his/her parent, is living at the home of a relative or friend in the Neshaminy School District must acquire a PARENT RESIDENCY AFFIDAVIT from the Guidance Office. The parent must complete the Parent Residency Affidavit and have it notarized.
A Student under 18 years of age, living with someone other than his/her parent
A student under the age of 18 residing without a parent at an address in the Neshaminy School District must supply an AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT from the district resident. Return the notarized Affidavit to the Pupil Services Department at District Offices in the Maple Point Middle School - 215-809-6588 - prior to scheduling your registration appointment at NHS
A Student 18 years of age or older, living with someone other than his/her parent
A Student 18 years of age or older residing without a parent at an address in the Neshaminy School District must have the property owner/renter complete a form letter stating that the student lives there seven (7) days and seven (7) nights a week. Both the property owner/renter and the student must sign the letter in the presence of a Notary.
