Required Paperwork for All Potential Employees:
ALL potential employees are required to complete the following mandatory paperwork prior to applying for employment in Neshaminy School District. These documents are required for employment in any Pennsylvania public school.
- Arrest or Conviction Form
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
Go to www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis/Public/home. You will need to register and you will apply for the Child Welfare Portal. Complete all information and process online. Notification can take up to 14 days. For a paper copy to be returned via mail, please click here.
- Federal (FBI) Criminal History Record Information (CHRI)
New criminal record check process has been in effective since April 1, 2007. All applicants must have a current FBI fingerprint check. Information available at www.pa.cogentid.com Fingerprints are being taken at various sites in Pennsylvania.

- PA State Police Request for Criminal Records Check (Act 34)
Complete an online application. Requires a credit card. You will be able to print the clearance immediately
- PA Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release (under Act 167 of 2014)
need to complete one for the current employer and any other school entity employers
as well as any position where they had direct contact with children
**Clearances must be dated no later than one year from application date.
