Compulsory school age is defined as the period of a child’s life from the time the child’s parents elect to have their child enter school, until the age of seventeen (17) years. Each child of compulsory school age is required to attend school and they should be on time. Each child shall attend school continuously through the entire term, during which the public elementary schools in their respective districts shall be in session.
